Portrait Booking Form
Thanks for booking with Emma Steiner Photography - I can't wait to photograph your family and create some beautiful memories.
In order to secure your booking I require this booking form to be completed so that I have all of the necessary information for your portrait session and a deposit of $100 to be paid to secure your date and time.
Package Details:
Base package includes:
· Return travel to Cambridge.
· Up to 1 hour shooting time, utilizing locations onsite if possible.
· Emailed proof sheet of thumbnail images for you to select your images from.
· 5x Edited and retouched images of your choice, supplied in both high and low resolution, colour + black/white.
$499 (including GST)
Optional upgrades:
Upgrade base package to 10x edited and retouched images of your choice, supplied in both high and low resolution, colour + black/white: + $100
Upgrade base package to ALL images in proof sheet supplied in both high and low resolution, colour + black/white (there’s no max number, it depends what happens at the shoot): + $200

Terms & Conditions
1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Emma Steiner Photography and THE CLIENT.
2. RESERVATION & CANCELLATION: Upon submitting this form online, Emma Steiner Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the retainer deposit is non-refundable. In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the contracted services for portrait photography outlined in this contract prior to the date of the photoshoot, the deposit will be retained by Emma Steiner Photography. THE CLIENT may transfer this deposit to another date or put towards another photography package within 6 months of the original session date subject to availability. Emma Steiner Photography makes no guarantee that the new session date requested will be available.
3. Emma Steiner Photography applies professional standards with respect to equipment, exposure, transmission, processing and printing of photographs; including using professional grade equipment and professional grade backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event of THE CLIENT’S photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reason within or beyond Emma Steiner Photography’s control, the latter’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the portrait package. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated.
4. TRAVEL charges apply at $1.49 per/km where the shooting location is outside of a 30 km radius of the Tauwhare based studio. This fee is over and above the portrait session fee.
5. DIGITAL NEGATIVES, PRINTS and COPYRIGHTS: The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by Emma Steiner Photography are protected by Copyright and may not be reproduced in any manner without Emma Steiner Photography’s explicit written permission. Upon final payment by THE CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to THE CLIENT with the following condition:
● The digital negatives are the property of THE CLIENT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and distribution of photographs to friends and relatives.
6. MODEL RELEASE: It is agreed by the CLIENT that Emma Steiner Photography is given the irrevocable and unrestricted right to display and use the photographs taken for portfolio use, website galleries (including blogging) and promotion & advertising. Should Emma Steiner Photography wish to use the photos for any other purpose other than stated above, written permission must be obtained from the CLIENT prior to use.
7. THE CLIENT agree to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result for the portrait session. Emma Steiner is not responsible for key individuals’ failure to be present or to cooperate during photography sessions.
8. Shooting commences at the agreed scheduled time. Should THE CLIENT arrive late due to any reason whatsoever, Emma Steiner will not be held liable for any photographs not taken. The Session does not automatically extend due to late commencement on THE CLIENTS behalf.
9. PAYMENTS: THE CLIENT agrees that the deposit is required at the time of contract acceptance and booking with the remaining balance due the day of the session and before delivery of disc/USB and/or printed products.
10. ORDERS: All processed orders are final. Due to the custom nature of photography, strictly no refunds on or your order total will be issued after image delivery. Un-purchased images will be available for a period of 90 day(s) after the date of the client’s session and then purged permanently. All purchased images will be archived for 12 months.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Emma Steiner's discovery of new information, changes to agreed circumstances, or other factors which tends to bypass its policies may result in its withdrawal. Non-cooperation; changes in locations, facilities or available times; missed appointments and late payments are examples of contributing factors. Should Emma Steiner initiate the withdrawal, all fees will be returned, excluding deposit as well as fair market value for all services/products already provided.
