Portrait Booking Form
Thanks for booking with Emma Steiner Photography. In order to secure your booking I require this booking form to be completed and a deposit of $150.00 to be paid, this deposit pays for your session fee. The session fee of $150.00 does not include prints &/or files.
Terms & Conditions
1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Emma Steiner Photography and THE CLIENT.
2. RESERVATION & CANCELLATION: Upon submitting this form online, Emma Steiner Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the retainer deposit is non-refundable. In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the contracted services for portrait photography outlined in this contract prior to the date of the photoshoot, the deposit will be retained by Emma Steiner Photography. THE CLIENT may transfer this deposit to another date within 12 months or put towards another photography package if they wish.
3. Emma Steiner Photography applies professional standards with respect to equipment, exposure, transmission, processing and printing of photographs; including using professional grade equipment and professional grade backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event of THE CLIENT’S photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reason within or beyond Emma Steiner Photography’s control, the latter’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the portrait package. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated.
4. DIGITAL NEGATIVES, PRINTS and COPYRIGHTS: The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by Emma Steiner Photography are protected by Copyright and may not be reproduced in any manner without Emma Steiner Photography’s explicit written permission. Upon final payment by THE CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to THE CLIENT with the following condition:
● The digital negatives are the property of THE CLIENT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and distribution of photographs to friends and relatives.
5. MODEL RELEASE: Should Emma Steiner Photography wish to use the photos for any marketing purposes, written permission must be obtained from the CLIENT prior to use.
6. VIEWING APPOINTMENT: It is agreed that the viewing appointment will be scheduled and attended within 30 days of the photo session taking place. Any orders of digital files &/pr prints must take place during the viewing appointment as no online galleries are available.
7. COMPLETION SCHEDULE & FINAL DELIVERY: Digital processing takes approximately 3 weeks. After which time a disc or USB containing high resolution digital negatives and/or prints are delivered as per the agreed photography package/print order.
8. PAYMENTS: THE CLIENT agrees that the deposit is required at the time of contract acceptance and booking with the remaining balance due after image selection and before delivery of disc/USB and/or printed products
