Mileage charges apply for properties outside the 15km radius of Tauwhare - charged out at $1.29 p/km.
Add-on Services:
Drone imagery: $100 + GST
Highlights the full property layout that ground photography can’t capture.
Provides views of the surrounding area and helps buyers understand proximity to local amenities, parks, schools etc – especially useful for out-of-town or online buyers.
Floor plans: $115 + GST (per single story dwelling)
A crisp, easy-to-read 2D layout of the property, giving a clear top-down view of every room, doorway and window. Perfect for visualizing the flow of the home and make a professional inclusion in brochures and web listings.
