Once a month I work alongside a club, organisation, school or daycare and hold a mini session photo fundraiser which generates funds to help you to fund a special project or purchase learning resources that may be required but didn't quite make the annual budget.
I have been running mini sessions for over 4 years and have stream-lined this process to make it as easy as possible for the hosting club/organisation every step of the way. Below is a quick guide to step you through what a fundraiser of this nature entails.

I have been running mini sessions for over 4 years and have stream-lined this process to make it as easy as possible for the hosting club/organisation every step of the way. Below is a quick guide to step you through what a fundraiser of this nature entails.
Step 1Together we set a date for the fundraiser to take place, the mini sessions will all take place on this day, one after another at a location supplied by you.
This space is often a hall, classroom or anywhere that has a reasonable amount of space and a few windows that offer enough natural light. |
Step 2I provide a digital flyer for you to share with your contacts, members, friends and families of your club/organisation. This also includes a link to a calendar that families can choose their time slot and book their session directly as a self service option.
It is now up to you to promote the event and encourage families to support your fundraiser. We need a minimum of 10 bookings to ensure the fundraiser goes ahead. |
Step 3Shoot day!! I arrive early and set up my backdrops and props. I bring everything with me, all you need to do is supply the space. At the end of the day I pack up all of my gear and wave a cheerful goodbye!
After all the mini sessions have taken place I then deliver all of the orders directly to you for distribution to the families and a lovely cash deposit is made into your account! |

The other stuff..
Sessions can take place on either a weekday or weekend, whatever will work for your organisation and the families involved, After all, we want it to be a sell-out - right?
Sessions are available from 9.30am - 3.00pm. This allows time for 22 mini sessions, each run back to back.
There is a minimum of 10 bookings required to ensure the fundraiser goes ahead with a maximum of 22 mini sessions on the one day.
So, what do you get? From every mini session that is booked you receive $25, this is paid to you in one lump sum after the sessions have taken place. At a minimum you could make $250 or if we have a sell-out you could walk away with $550! Money for jam huh?
