Below is an overview of your prize and the standard terms and conditions:
Prize:
1 Hour Portrait Session - your choice of a newborn, child or family portrait session.
1 Hour Viewing & Design Session
$200 to spend on wall art.
Total value $600
Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Prize must be claimed before 16.12.2019 which includes the portrait session and viewing session.
2. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred to any other party or redeemed for cash.
3. The design appointment is to be completed within 3 weeks from your photography session to redeem your gift voucher.
4. Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.
6. The winner agrees to have their images used on Emma Steiner Photography's website and social media platforms.
7. The winner must travel to Morrinsville for both the portrait session and the viewing session.
8. The winner may purchase additional wall art, prints or digital images should they wish.
Standard Booking Terms & Conditions
1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Emma Steiner Photography and THE CLIENT.
2. RESERVATION & CANCELLATION: Upon submitting this form online, Emma Steiner Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date.. In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the contracted services for portrait photography outlined in this contract prior to the date of the photoshoot they will forfeit the entire prize.
3. DIGITAL NEGATIVES, PRINTS and COPYRIGHTS: The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by Emma Steiner Photography are protected by Copyright and may not be reproduced in any manner without Emma Steiner Photography’s explicit written permission. Upon final payment by THE CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to THE CLIENT with the following condition:
● The digital negatives are the property of THE CLIENT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and distribution of photographs to friends and relatives.
4. MODEL RELEASE: It is agreed by the CLIENT that Emma Steiner Photography is given the irrevocable and unrestricted right to display and use the photographs taken for portfolio use, website galleries (including blogging) and promotion & advertising. Should Emma Steiner Photography wish to use the photos for any other purpose other than stated above, written permission must be obtained from the CLIENT prior to use.
5. VIEWING APPOINTMENT: It is agreed that the viewing appointment will be scheduled and attended within 30 days of the photo session taking place. Any orders of digital files &/pr prints must take place during the viewing appointment as no online galleries are available. Any un-purchased images will be permanently deleted after 30 days of the viewing session.
6. COMPLETION SCHEDULE & FINAL DELIVERY: Digital and print processing takes approximately 3 weeks.
