Thanks for booking with Emma Steiner Photography and supporting the Bowel Cancer NZ Fundraiser. In order to secure your booking I require this booking form to be completed and a deposit of $59.00 to be paid, this deposit pays for your session fee voucher as outlined in the sale page and will be forwarded onto Bowel Cancer NZ by Emma Steiner.
The session fee of $59.00 does not include prints &/or files.

Sale Terms & Conditions
1. Voucher must be claimed before 13/11/.2021 which includes the portrait session and viewing session.
2. The design appointment is to be completed within 30 days of your photography session. It is recommended that both parents attend the viewing session.
3. This Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or discount voucher.
4. Travel charges apply for sessions held out of a 30km radius of Tauwhare
Standard Booking Terms & Conditions
1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Emma Steiner Photography and THE CLIENT.
2. NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: The deposit amount coveres the cost of your session fee and will be passed onto Bowel Cancer NZ by Emma Steiner. None of the deposit funds will be retained by Emma Steiner, this means the full deposit paid is non refundable and will be classified as a donation to Bowel Cancer NZ in the event of cancelation of your session or failure to book before expiry.
3. RESERVATION & CANCELLATION: Upon securing a time and date for your session, Emma Steiner Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the contracted services for portrait photography outlined without 48 hours notice the voucher will become void.
4. DIGITAL NEGATIVES, PRINTS and COPYRIGHTS: The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by Emma Steiner Photography are protected by Copyright and may not be reproduced in any manner without Emma Steiner Photography’s explicit written permission. Upon final payment by THE CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to THE CLIENT with the following condition: The digital negatives are the property of THE CLIENT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and distribution of photographs to friends and relatives.
5. MODEL RELEASE: It is agreed by the CLIENT that Emma Steiner Photography is given the irrevocable and unrestricted right to display and use the photographs taken for portfolio use, website galleries (including blogging) and promotion & advertising. Should Emma Steiner Photography wish to use the photos for any other purpose other than stated above, written permission must be obtained from the CLIENT prior to use.
6. VIEWING APPOINTMENT: It is agreed that the viewing appointment will be scheduled and attended within 30 days of the photo session taking place. Any orders of digital files &/pr prints must take place during the viewing appointment as no online galleries are available. Any un-purchased images will be deleted after 30 days of the viewing session.
7. COMPLETION SCHEDULE & FINAL DELIVERY: Digital and print processing takes approximately 3 weeks.
